Dear Laney:

In response to the Minor Plat submission for Fellowship Church, I would like to outline the
final administrative approval steps required by the city of Coppell.
After fmal review of the submitted plat by the Engineering Department, it has been requested
that a Floodplain Administrator's Signature Block be placed on the plat, as attached. Once
this is completed, the City will accept submission of the plat for signatures with a completed
application and fee.
I would ask that you first submit the plat to the city of Grapevine for signatures and then
forward to Coppell for signatures. Once both entities have signed all copies, it is the
responsibility of you, the applicant, to file the plat with Dallas County. After the plat is filed
with Dallas County, it must be returned to Coppell with the appropriate number of copies.
The remaining copies must then be returned to the City of Grapevine for filing with Tarrant
County.
Due to the plat being filed in two municipalities, a significant number of copies with original
signatures will be required. Please note that eight (8) black line copies and one (I) mylar
copy with original signatures must be provided to the city of Coppell.
Please feel free contact me if you have additional questions regarding the plat approval
process.
Sincerely,
i 4
