Erick,
If this is a private development it is outside of City Of Dallas and it is
not governed by Dallas "Development Services".
City of Coppell, and the contractor are obligated to call inform DWU which
it appears they did thru you, they probably should have provided you with a
set of drawings. Either you or Inspection sections need to coordinate this
work with contractor, probably valve crew need to be notified.

Thanks for letting us know of the activities around this transmission line.
Contractor need to exercise extreme care working in the proximity of this
line, it does not take much to breach the integrity of a 30-inch water line
under pressure.

the intersection of Natches Trace and Denton Tap in Coppell. The
contractor for the job will be excavating over your 30" water line to
Flower Mound to install a storm drain. The City Inspector for the
project wanted to let you know.
