The work done on the tie-ins to 121 will be on the paved shoulder. Therefore, I have included a different Traffic Control Plan detail to correspond to a shoulder closing vs. a lane closing. 2.) Plans were submitted to TxDOT on August 15, 2003. 3.) - PLAT: 1.) A utility easement has been added for the fire hydrant adjacent to 121. 2.) A utility easement has been added for the vault adjacent to 121. GRADING PLAN: 1.) Per our discussion. (The drainage area map has been adjusted to show a more detailed view of the area running towards the adjacent property. Also, the grading plan has been updated to include a swale in the northern portion of the site.) DRAINAGE PLAN: 1.) The flumes have been labeled. 2.) The double 18 inch pipes have been replaced with four (4) 12 inch pipes. STORM SEWER PLAN /PROFILE: 1.) The note has been updated. 2.) The spelling mistake has been corrected. 3.) Notes have been added. 2.) 1 have contacted Travis Crump and have had the fire hydrant and fire department connections reviewed. 3.) Manhole and cleanout spacings are within the guidelines of the City of Coppell. 4.) The 90 degree bend has been replaced by two (2) 45 degree bends to avoid a conflict with the paving. 5.) A valve has been added prior to the plug at the north end of the proposed 8" waterline along 121. SANITARY SEWER & WATERLINE PLAN /PROFILE: 1.) Profile and plan have been changed to correspond with each other. We will be building an 8" sanitary sewer line per City requirements. PAVING PLAN: 1.)
