It started raining at 10:54 am. No plastic was placed over the slab, but approximately 25 % of the curb was covered with
plastic. At 11:35 am more plastic was brought to the job site and covered the rest of the curb only. The north parking lot
from the circle drive entryway and the first 30 feet into the parking lot, concrete was placed in a heavy downpour. This
area was observed to have standing water after approximately I hour of twin. Approximately 110 -120 feet on the circle
drive from Minyard at east entryway there were numerous large clayballs on the placement. At the first crosswalk (east tc
west) from parking to circle drive there is a cold joint.
