Tim - Signed permits were sent to TxDOT this morning via FedEx
overnight.

Tim,
The waterline permit is on Ken's desk to be signed but he's been in
meetings most of the day. I talked with Denise at TxDOT and she told me
what I need to do to send her the permit applications. I will send them
before I go home tonight or first thing in the morning.
