3. This proposal excludes any allowance for seeding, ~odding, grass

specifically quoted. If this work is required, it will be done at a
ncgotidted unit price or "By Others".
This proposal EXCLUDES:
- Permits, inspection fee's or any other fee's of any type.
- Soils and concrete testing.
- St~king.
- Erosion control design, permits, construction, or Maint.. We will
furnish ,, i~ice for this work following a specific design being
furnished to NTC for same.
- Relocat~on or support of existing utilities unless specifically quoted.
- No co~duit, sleeving, irrigation repair/construction, light pole work,
or other utilities are included.
- Haul o~f of sp{,ils ur import of borrow. We will knock-down & clean-up
our work area. All excess will be wasted adjacent to our work area.

The foregoing proposal is based upon the followin,j G~:NERAL conditions:
Payment ~t the ~bove unit prices shall be made on actual measured
quantities of work performed (unless d lump sum payment is clearly
~tat~,1,4bore). All funds are due immediately upon completion of the
work. Payment is due at the time of invoicing. Progrc~u payments will
be ,,,,~,. ~u.~thly. This proposal and any bonds offered are conditioned
upon the owner's financing arrangements being sat~f.~ctory to our
credit dcp~rtment.
Any controversy or claim arising between the parti{.s n[ this contract
shall |.,~ ucttled by arbitration in Dallas county, Texas in accordance
with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
