Mr. Kelly didn't leave any voice mail messages that I know of. He talked with me directly and I talked with
Ted . Ted said he didn't have a problem with Mr. Kelly buying locking lids & putting them on the manholes
that are on the property. I called that same day & left a voice mail on the number that he left me & told
him what Ted said. I would say that's a "New York Minute" response. I let Per know about the No Parking
signs & he'll wait to hear from you.

Joe Kelly (in charge of security), with the property at 1333 Crestside Drive (NW corner of
Crestside/Lakeshore) is requesting "No Parking" along the streets adjacent to the property. I will be
making a recommendation to City Council on August 26. He also called me this afternoon saying that he's
left you a couple of voice mail messages about securing the manholes near this property. He's very
persistent and called me to see if I knew how to get ahold of you. His number is 212-855-8678. He's in
NYC and obviously doesn't understand the southern mentality (<:
