I had a complaint from the property owner at 516 Oak Crest. His neighbor has piled a bunch of dirt in the
ditch (which is within the right-of-way) for some reason, They have a shared driveway that doesn't drain
very well anyhow. I think if this isn't removed it will create even more problems out there than what
