Development, Lot 1, Block A, do hereby hold the City of Coppell, Texas harmless for
the integrity/maintenance of the storm sewer pipe placed under the access drive
leading from above mentioned property to Sandy Lake Roadway because the pipe
material that will be used deviates from what the City of Coppell Subdivision
Ordinance specifies as standard storm pipe. It is hereby stated that the owner of said
property will n;aintain/replace the pipe underneath this access drive if its integrity is
compromised.
In addition, upon reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road and the above mentioned
access drive, said storm sewer pipe will be returned to the property owner as is by
the City of Coppell or its hired contractor.
