RE: Walk - that St. Ann's Parish
1. Locate valve to V hire hydrant south of building and need 24 X 24 pad at ground level
and PSI test after locating valve.
2. Paint all valve lids blue.
3. Need lock latch on all vaults.
4. Test all 3 DDC's in vaults and irrigation 2" DC; have copies of all tests.
S. Raise fire hydrant east of building.
6. Paint fine hydrant north of building yellow and :repair chains to caps.
7. Clean meter can to bypass and paint lids blue.
8. Locate 2" curb stop on aU 2" meters and place stack on each.
9. Mark on curb DOM, DOM & MR in blue for 3 meters.
10. Manhole drop to bottom of manhole in side manhole per Danny Hightower northwest
of building.
11. Same manhole flush with ground; move dirt around manhole.
12. Paint all manhole lids red.
13. Irrigation DC needs metal meter can and paint lid blue.

1. Paint ADA ramps (grooved part only) brick red.
2. Rout and seal all random cracks.
3. Seal curb joints.
4. Repair broken concrete around GTE manhole.
S. Grooved area needs to line up with sidewalk on ADA ramps.
