The patterned concrete in the Fairway Drive right -of -way will be maintained by the
property owner, Republic Property Group, Ltd. Additionally, we request a variance on
the four right -of -way concrete approaches and right turn lane, allowing the elimination of
mechan lime stabilization in lieu of sub -grade scarification and recomnactinn In at
compacted, and 7 ", 3000 PSI concrete, as
with 6" flex -base material
