NOTICE TO PROCEED
This letter shall serve as your notice to proceed on this date. Contract Time will
commence to run Thursday, November 16, 2000. By that date you are to begin
performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. In accordance with the
Agreement, the date for substantial completion of the "Early Completion Package" is
March 15, 2001. The remainder of the work is to be completed by August 31, 2001.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to set up a pre - construction meeting time.
