Dear Mr. Griffin:
The terms of the City Of Irving Exclusive Water Main Easement granted by the City of Coppell in
October of 1995 and recorded in Volume 95222, Page 1482, Dallas County Deed Records, allow for
certain encroachments into the easement upon "written express permission" of the Director of Public
Works, City of irving. In order to consider your request to construct a sewer line along the north side
of MacArthur Boulevard at Bethel School Road, please provide the proposed construction plans for
review. The preliminary comments below represent minimum requirements for the approval.
1. The City of Irving will be allowed to review and comment on the construction plans of any
proposed construction activity within the easement,
2. The location and depth of any proposed utility lines or other excavation will need to be shown on
the plans in relation to the location, elevation and amount of cover on the water transmission
pipeline,
3. A note will be placed on the construction plans to notify the Assistant Director of Public Works,
City of irving Water Utility Department at 972-721-2281 at least 48 hours prior to any
construction activity within the easement,
