Dear Ms. Turner:
Please find enclosed the mark -up set and two sets of revised plans. We have made the following
revisions and/or corrections in accordance with your comments letter dated September 3, 2003:
General Comments:
1. We have corrected the spelling of Las Colinas throughout the plan set.
2. The plat name and name of the development correspond throughout the plans.
Plat
We have added several additional sidewalk easements as commented on the marked up
plan set.
Sheet C1-
1. We have realigned the proposed sidewalk to avoid the existing storm sewer inlet on
Moore Road.
2. See letter with plans.
3. We are proposing a stamped concrete paver band in the driveway onto Sandy Lake
Road.
4. The proposed sidewalk along Moore Road has been realigned so as not to conflict with
an existing fire hydrant.
Sheet C3
1. The record drawings for the property to the north (Children's World) show the existing
inlet to be 6', which is now shown correctly. The appearance of an existing stub -out under
the existing mutual access is now shown correctly.
2. The open area on the west side of the building has been regraded as to not pond water.
3. Profile views of all proposed storm sewer pipes have been included.
4. The connection of the 15" PVC line to the 18" RCP lateral to the property line is no longer
applicable.
5. The PVC and RCP sizes have all been properly labeled.
6. A detail of the 18" RCP lateral connection to the 66" RCP is no longer needed.
7. Connection to the existing stub -out has been indicated in order to drain the entire
property towards the 36" RCP in Moore Road.

Sheet C4
1. Water easement size have been increased to 10'x 15' to ensure all vaults and meters
are within the easement.
2. A wastewater access device at the property line for the 6" sanitary sewer service has
been included.
3. It has been indicated that the sanitary sewer line will tie into the existing manhole by the
core and bore method.
4. We have changed the 2 -2" domestic water meters to 1-2" domestic water meter.
5. Adequate fire hydrant coverage and the FDC location have been verified with Fire
Marshall, Travis Crump, at 972- 304 -3503.
Sheet C5-
1. The contractor will be advised of the possible alternate location of the location of the
construction entrance.
2. A construction notice (TXR 150000) and SW PPP are to be supplied by the contractor
and /or owner.
3. If needed, the contractor will supply traffic control plans and submit them for approval
prior to any lane closures.
Sheet C6-
1. All details not specific to this project have been removed.
