The Planning staff has not be provided any elevations of the monument sign. It was assumed that the existing sign was to remain. If so, it must be noted that intemally lit monument signs are not permitted by the Sign Ordinance in the City of Coppell. If a new sign is proposed, please submit detailed elevations, including size, color, materials, font, etc. of the proposed sign. The retaining wall was also not shown on the approved site plan, an elevation of the wall also needs to be reviewed by the Planning Department. Thank you Marcie Diamond Assistant Planning Director City of Coppell 972- 304 -3676 <craig.hoenes ©kimley- hom.com> 09/09/03 02:57PM Gary, I have received additional civil engineering plan review comments from Teresa Tumer in Engineering. Under "Sheet C -4 Site Plan, 1 the comment is to coordinate with you for approval of the new monument sign and retaining walls. It is possible that the architect or contractor has submitted these to you already without my knowledge. Have you have already approved these items? If not, please let me know what you need from First Baptist Church for your review monument sign elevation detail, grading plan with retaining wall locations shown, wall manufacturer color, etc? Thank you. -Craig Craig M.
