Ken Griffin and I have looked at your proposal for another driveway to serve an expanded parking area.
The driveway will be allowed subject to the following requirements:
1. The curb return cannot extend beyond your property line.
2. The manhole can remain in the driveway if it is properly adjusted.
3. Every effort is made to avoid the recessed curb inlet.
4. Proper tree mitigation procedures are followed.
5. Landscaping will not restrict sight distances.
6. All construction conforms to the city's subdivision ordinance and construction specifications.

Teresa. Thanks for seeing Frank Mills and I last week. We appreciate
your willingness to help us and Pac Trust in enhancing the development
of our properties. With the ability to add the additional entrance for
our office parking lot and in exchange, we will abandon the rail
easement which will allow for better development by Pac Tmst, it should
be a "win-win-win" for all of us.
Frank will be in town tomorrow for meetings and we were wondering if you
would be able to get us the documentation that would allow us to work
with you in achieving the additional office entrance.
We will in turn, abandon the RR easement.
If possible, please send me a letter so that we can respond to Pac
Trust. Thanks again for your help and if you have any questions, call
