I know I have sent this request numerous times including a fax sent on 9 /1 112 0 0 3. Please DO NOT issue
ANY C.O.'s on this project until you receive confirmation from engineering. This includes any'temporary'
C.O.'s.
The owner/builder MUST remove and replace the left turn lane on Beltline Road. It does not meet current
specifications. The buildings are not to be occupied until such time that the left turn lane meets all of our
requirements.
