Proposal based upon Wier & Associates preliminary plans dated May & June of 1996.
Proposal based upon commencement of construction for proposed work by December ,1~71997,
Start-up iterr includes Performance, Payment & Maintenance bonds to City of Lewisvilla,
a separate two year 50% Maintenence Bond for this proposal amount to the City of Coppell,
testing labor'tory fees for required concrete, lim9 subgrade and compaction tests and all staking
and enginee'lng required for the work. ? .,~<,.., .~
No permanaqt signage is included,
Proposal based upon existing traffic flow / controls remaining in place as they currently
exist to allow all of the proposed work to be constructed in one move-in.
Proposal is based upon receiving a 120 calander day time extension to our current
contract to complete the work,
Proposal is based upon all excess earth material being stockpiled at a mutually agreeable location
in the existlrg City of Coppell Park located south of Denton Creek and Denton Tap Road for futur~
use by the City of Coppell.
If required, 3" signal conduits can be added at the Highland drive Intersection for $4.50 a
lineal foot.
