It has been brought to my attention by way of a complaint made on September 4, 2003 that the
storm drain inlet in front of your property is still obstructed. Property owners in adjacent
areas are negatively affected during rainstorms because the flow of storm water is obstructed
from draining to this inlet. We request that you immediately remove any material that may be
placed around the drainage inlet adjacent to the front of your property on Deforest Road in
order for the storm drain system to function properly.
