I just spoke w/ Mark Askew of ARC and he asked if Mr. Gizelle (atty. ?) had contacted us and sent us the
legal instruments. I stated no.
He apologized and said he would request this from them again.

I just spoke with him this a.m.. I left messages for him yesterday
and
last week.
Mobile Home
He didn't give me any indication as to when they were sent. If his
legal dept. is elsewhere (out of state ?), he probably doesn't know.

easements. I told him no and he said he would contact their legal

After various attempts, I reached Mark Askew, Property Manager with
Affordable Residential Communities, owners of the Golden Triangle
Mobile
Home Park. He stated to me that he previously sent the referenced
executed legal instrument (two utility easements) to the City of
Coppell.
Maybe he sent it to the City Secretary for filing? Anyway, he said he
would send me a copy.
Upon second thought, I called him back and left a message for him to
send me an original since it is typically required for filing.
