We continue to have failures along the sewer line under Bethel Road.
The borings need to be done on 100' centers on the sewer line as stated
in the engineering services agreement. We have never had anyone ask
about contaminated fill and we do not anticipate any being found on this
project. If some is found we will have to handle it at that time.
I received a transmittal letter from Freese & Nichols dated September
15. In the transmittal they indicated that after repeated requests for
meetings and copies of plans from TranSystems -they had received
nothing. They need information on vertical daum, existing right-of-way,
and drainage design. Would you contact either Chris Moorman or Tricia
