It appears that there are differences in the location of the rioht-of-way as
shown on the ROW map prepared by TranSystems and the conceptual
layout as prepared by Freese and Nichols. The south rioht-of-way line
appears to be the same. however there is a difference in the location of
the north rioht-of-way line. This determination is based on scalino the
drawinos. Please verify that the drawinos are based on the same
survey information.
