It appears that there are differences in the location of the ri.qht-of-way as
shown on the ROW map prepared by TranSystems and the conceptual
layout as prepared by Freese and Nichols. The south right-of-way line
appears to be the same, however there is a difference in the location of
the north riqht-of-way line. This determination is based on scalin.q the
drawings. Please verify that the drawinqs are based on the same
survey information.
