Dear Ms. Teague:
Per your request, the City of Coppell does cuncntly have available water, sanitary sewer, and
storm sewer systems in the vicinity of the proposed development in the northwest corner of
Sandy Lake Road and Moore Road in Coppell.
Provided that the design of the proposed connections meet all of the city's specifications and
construction details, your development will be allowed to utilize these systems.
As far as private and franchise utilities are concerned, we do not have information of availability.
But I have attached a contact sheet of private utility entities tot your use.
