I spoke with Mike Daniel, the design engineer, this morning. The contract to expand the fire lane and
parking areas came in higher than what the church has budgeted. They are still planning on building the
improvements but it will likely be in six months or so. They are going to go ahead and file the plat and
submit plans for approval. Mike will be sending a letter explaining the delay and giving an estimated
construction date. Please let me know if you have any questions.
