This set shows existing utility easements that need to be addressed on this plat. 2. Is there an increase in the `Q' at the outfall of the storm sewer system on Lot 6 Block C? How will erosion be prevented? It would be preferable to extend this to the property line 3. Possible waiver of sidewalks for Phillips Addition II, Lot 1 2 Block B 4. Additional easements may be required during Engineering review. 5. Lot 6 Block C will be further evaluated for drainage and erosion control during Engineering review. 6. Plans will need to contain a detail for the transition from existing pavement to the new pavement.
