It would be prudent to loop the northern waterline. In the event on maintenance activity,
several of the lots would be without water.
Include a note on the plat indicating that all medians and common areas will be maintained
by the HOA.
The variance request addresses the deletion of alleys on a few of the lots; however, alleys
are not shown for any of the subdivision.
Sidewalks are required per the Ciry's Subdivision Ordinance.
Include the proper street rights-of-way dedications.
Verify street widths and fire hydrant spacing with the Fire Marshal.
Remove drainage and topo information from the preliminazy water and sewer sheet.
Provide this information on a separate sheet.
Drainage easements will be required between Lots 5 and 6, Block C; along Lot 10 Block
C; and along Lot 2 Block A.
All landscaping within Lot 2X, Block A must conform to the City's visibility requirements.
