City of Coppell Entry Monuments
Dear Mr. Bond:
Included with this letter is a copy of the construction plans that the City of Coppell utilized in
constructing an entry monument sign on Norlh Denton Tap Road just south of S.H. I21. Along
with the reconstruction of East Sandy Lake Road, the Cily of Coppell will be including the
construction of the entry sign.
These plans are provided for your information so that an appropriate location, near the Coppell city
limits can be provided that is not encumbered with any type of utilities, street lights, imgation, etc.
for the installation of the City of Coppell entry monument sign.
You do not need to include these plans with your set of construction plans. They should be
included with the specifications and as a bid item.
