Dear Mr. Wright:
It has come to our attention that construction on the parking lot expansion has begun without the issuance of any
city approved permits. All construction activities must cease until the proper approvals have been obtained.
The plans submitted to the Engineering Department on September 9, 2003 have been reviewed and will be
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. A completed Construction Development Permit Application must be submitted for approval. I have
attached a copy for your use.
2. Submit copies of the plans for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for its use;
your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations. All contractors
and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell along with the
City's Standard Construction Details.
3. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of construction
inspection fees to be paid to this office. The City assesses a 2% inspection fee for all private construction
and 4% for public installations.
4. A pre construction meeting must be held. Please contact Rhonda Brothers at 972- 304 -3682 to schedule the
meeting.
