RE: Denton Tap Road
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Thank you for meeting with me on September 30, 1996 to discuss median openings on Denton
Tap Road. Pursuant to our meeting, I met with Mr. Charles Owens, City Manager and offer
the following.
We agree to plan for a full median opening 400 feet south of the Coppell/Lewisville line,
being Station 21+00 on the Halff plans. We also agree to a median opening 880 feet south
of the Coppell/Lewisville line, being Station 16+40 in the Halff plans. We would much prefer
that this be a modified opening to allow left-turn movements only and not allow cross
traffic.
If the above does not meet your needs, please contact me so that we can iron out any
differences. I will forward you an updated set of our Denton Tap Road plans when
received from our consultant.
