Here is the permit applkation we discussed.
The applicant did not furnish a section cut through the proposed new concrete paving as
asked, but included a spec on the work that describes it.
Hope the topo info wilt suffice but is minimal at best.
Applicant has also included a location plan showing removed pavement area only in front
of the bank. Remainder of lot is not a part of this review.
Let me know your comments and return the permit if rt appears to meet your
requirements. Our office wiN issue the permit if O.K. Shoukt you need further information,
the applicant has indkated that he can furnish.
