Asphalt Removal -Install Concrete: 2,226 Square Feet
1. Saw cut edges as needed, excavate to a depth of 6".
2. Fine grade sub-base.
3. Dowel 3/8" rebar into existing concrete on 18" centers.
4. Install 3/8" rebar on 18" centers.
5. Pour 6" of 3,500 PSI concrete, light broom finish.
6. Cut control joints on a 20' grid.
7. Area will be barricaded from 3 to 7 days to complete work and allow curing time.
8. Remove all related construction debris.
9. One year warranty.
Curb & Gutter Repair: 3 Linear Feet
1. Remove the existing curb and gutter.
2. Replace to match the existing.
3. Concrete shall be 3,500 PSI, 5 sacks of cement per cubic yard, reinforced with two # 3
rebars, continuous.
4. Expansion joints will be placed at 200 foot maximum intervals, and at intersection, returns
and other rigid structures.
5. One year warranty.

Note: Anv permit fees required by the city are to be obtained and paid by the customer.
Advanced Paving Company proposes to furnish all labor, equipment and materials -complete in
accordance with above specifications for the sum of:
