Attached is an email from Andrea Roy concerning the platting of the property. She has checked
with Planning and this can be a Minor Plat. Therefore, no topo info is required. Please revise your
fee to include only a boundary survey (w/o the topo) and the platting as a minor plat (one step not
two).

Ken:
Went through Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance, and Local Gov't. Code with Planning to ensure that a
Minor Plat for both properties (1.9 and 22 acres) is acceptable. The answer is that the properties do meet the
criteria for a Minor Plat. Additionally, the Minor Plat does not require a topo survey, which would alleviate that cost
for us as well.
If Pacheco Koch could provide us with a revised estimate based on this new information, I will then go to Jim for
approval.
I will be out of the office until Monday, but Marcie is fully aware of the situation if you have any questions.
