RE: MacArthur Vista Tract - r'ee Assessment Clarification
Dear Ken.
As you tnay not be aware, the MacArthur Vista property was included in the agreements by the
City of Coppell and Univesl, which dedicated the Municipal Site and a number of Park Sites
throughout the Ciry. In addition, when the land was dedicated to the City 1'or the Right of Way
of MacArthur Blvd, part of the consideration in its dedication was relying upon the agreements
with the City that no future assessments of any kind would be assessed to the tract-
! have attached pages 7-IU from the agreement with the City of Coppell, which specifically
references in paragraph 18 MacArthur Road Extension that "City will not levy any assessments
against any portion of the property".
It is my understanding shat the MacArthur Vista plat has been fully executed and is ready for
filing with the County clerk. Please contact me if you are ready for Dowdy Anderson to pick
up t}te plat for filing.
