Enclosed is the following information related to the design of Bethel Road:
1. Koll Development .. Plan Sheets C3, C6, and C8. These sheets provide
information related to the storm drain outfalls located in the existing 60-foot
drainage easement.
2. Coppell Commerce Center - Plan Sheets 6, 16, 17, and 18. These sheets
provide information related to the storm drain outfalls, sanitary sewer, and
water main located in the existing 60- foot drainage easement.
3. Ruby Road Specifications and Bethel School Road/Heartz Road Section 5.
These documents are a good example of how the "Description of Pay Items"
needs to be prepared.
