design question - Bethel Road
Suzan,
I have a question for S. Coppell Road (across from Mitchell Street):
Should we tie our proposed curb to the existing pavement width or should
we build S. Coppell Road the same width as N. Coppell Road and tie back
to the existing roadway from the end of the proposed curb returns off of
Bethel Road?
