Dear Mr. Parsons:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation on Tuesdayr January 6, 1987,
we wish to confirm that you have been designated as the authorized
spokesman and negotiator for TPSL, Texas Utilities Generating Co.,
Co., and DP&L for all matters concerning the above referenced
project as it relates to the North Lake Power Plant property
(ie. street assessments, easements, and rights-of-entry).
In addition, you hereby grant to the City of Coppell acrd their
contractor right-of-entry to the North Lake property for purgoses
of constructing cofferdams and drainage structures in and adjacent
to North Lake. This right-of-entry shall be effective immediately
upon acknowledgment of this letter by you. The cofferdams shall
be temporary and shall be removed completely once the permanent
drainage structures are fully constructed.
Your signature below will signify that you are in full agreement
with the statements above and authorize the right-of-entry as
described herein.
It is our understanding that the easements/dedication requested
along the lake will be reviewed independently of this request
for right-of-entry.
