Re: Sandy Lake Road
Dear Mr. Vowell:
On behalf of the City Council, we would like to ask that your Homeowner Association designate
one individual to be a key City contact to receive information and gather input regarding the
status of the Sandy Lake Road project. We anticipate that negotiation with both the PUC and
TU will be prolonged and at times complex. We would appreciate the opportunity of having a
citizens committee comprised of one representative from each of the Homeowner Associations
impacted by the Sandy Lake Road project in order that we can ensure the proper information
is disseminated throughout the community.
We anticipate informing these individuals as to the present status of our situation regarding
Sandy Lake Road on a regular basis. We will also be using them as a sounding board for
various alternatives that come to the forefront during this process. Please consult with your
respective officers and/or members of your Association and provide the name of an individual
to represent your Association to the City Manager's office no later than February 10, 1995.
