Revised Final Mylars - Project 10
Dear Ms. Mathew:
You will recall that the construction plans for CMAQ Project 10 have been reviewed by the area
engineer and your office for the pre- Austin submittal. You provided the mylars to this office for
changing and for deletion of the intersection of Bethel Road at Denton Tap, which was deleted
by the City of Coppell. The designer, USA Professional Services Group, Inc., has made the
required changes to the mylars for CMAQ Project 10. A mylar and five copies of the plan set,
five copies of the revised estimate and a compact disc (CD) of the drawing files are attached for
your files and further work. Please process these plans for the Austin submittal and for letting.
We understand the railroad exhibits have been approved by Austin. The mylar sheets relating to
the railroad are already in your offices and should be added to the plan set to complete the
package.
