Discrepancies /Comments: The following discrepancies were noted and not corrected at the time of this observation.
1. Stirrups along inside face between lines Q and S/6 and 5 needed #4 continuous
reinforcing bars added at hook.
2. Stirrups needed to be straightened and #4 continuous reinforcing bars needed to be
placed and spliced correctly.
3. Additional areas of improper reinforcing steel bar placement were being corrected.
4. At line V, the inside face needed #4 continuous reinforcing bars added between lines
5.1 and 7.8.
