I did receive a copy of the approved Permit No. 20030902007 for the addition of a public waterline within
TxDOT's right -of -way with the referenced project. Tim Porter, P.E., the design engineer, indicated that
the driveway spacing requirements along the SH 121 frontage road were waived after a discussion with
you and your supervisor.
I sent a signed driveway permit application to you along with the plans for the initial review. However you
returned a blank permit application to me along with your comments. Do we need to resubmit another
permit application for the driveways or can you use the one we previously sent?
In the next day or so I will be sending you two sets of revised plans showing that all of your requested
changes /additions have been made.
