RE: BARRICADES IN DRIVE APPROACH
I have observed no supervisory personnel on the site since Thursday,
October 2"a. As of yesterday, October 6~`, barricades in the Denton Tap
Rd. drive approach have been removed. I have great concern for the
safety of motorists and the liability of Smith Commercial if those
barricades are not present. You must adhere to MUTCD standards at all
times as discussed in the pre-con meeting and with the superintendent
on the site more than once. Please call my office immediately when this
situation is corrected so that adherence can be verified.
