Suzan,
We have set this Friday, Oct. 10, as our date to submit to you the
revised plan sheet of the downtown area complete with parking layouts,
sidewalk configurations, and landscape areas. It was our understanding
that we weren't required to re-submit the entire plan set. If you are
expecting the entire plan set, let me know and we can make the
appropriate adjustments. We have begun and are still in the process of
getting the survey data straightened out. I am attaching a partial file
of the survey. Due to the whole size of the file, I deleted portions of
the east and N. Coppell Rd. to send easier via email. If you need the
entire file, let me know and I will get a cd sent to you. I apologize
for the delay. If there is anything else I can do, please do not
hesitate to contact me.

When do you anticipate submitting the revised conceptual plans. If we
go to the November 11 City Council we need to have the plans by next
week. If we go to the December 9 City Council we need the plans by mid
November. Could you submit a revised Project Schedule for our files?
Also, have you reconciled the survey with TranSystems? If so, could
I get a copy of the area around Bethel/Freeport intersection. As
discussed, I need to know what impact the widening will have on the Duke
sign and landscaping.
