HBC Terracon needs to adhere to the Enqineerinq Services Aqreement
for the location and spacinq of the bores. The Aqreement states that we
need borinqs at 500 foot centers alonq the proposed centerline and
borinqs on 100 foot centers to evaluate previous trench failures. You
mentioned in our meetinq movinq the trench bores to 145 foot spacinq,
but that is not acceptable. I estimate 14 road borinqs and 32 trench
borinqs. Two of the road borinqs mav be moved to the Bethel Road
culvert. Please have HBC revise the borinq diaqram and resubmit.
