RE: BARRICADES IN DRIVE APPROACH -SECOND NOTICE
As of today, October 80', the barricades have not been replaced in the Denton Tap
Rd. drive approach to your site. I continue to have great concern for the safety of
motorists and the liability of Smith Commercial if those barricades are not present.
Also, the ADA ramps must be completed and the connection made to the city walk
as soon as possible to facilitate foot tra{Tic to the public schools on Natches Trace!
This is becoming a bigger problem every day that it remains unfnushed. I am
concerned about your liability in this azea, too.
