RE: First Baptist Church Addition
After further review of the engineering department's fee assessment files, it has come to my
attention that the First Baptist Church Addition was incorrectly assessed fees for an additional water
meter connection. Their current building already has a 2" domestic water meter connection and they
will be relocating the service line with a new 2" water meter therefore, no additional impact fees are
required.
A reimbursement total of $4480.00 is due for the following fees:
Water Impact Fee $2240.00
Wastewater Impact Fee $2240.00
The church will not be required to pay the Domestic Water Meter Deposit Fee of $30.00. I have
prepared a revised fee assessment that will not show this charge.
If you have any questions of need any further information, please feel free to contact me to discuss.
Attachment: Receipt for payment of these fees from Building Inspections.
