November7, 2002 - Abel Saldana will check the plans and specification next week.
December 17, 2002 - Abel Saldana has not reviewed the plans and specifications. Will try to review before the end of the year.
January 24, 2003 - Abel Saldana has reviewed the plans and visited the project site Will send a comment letter. The specifications have not been reviewed yet. asaldana @dallascounty.org
June 6, 2003 - Mark Askew called - said we would recieve the easements when legal got to them.

Sept. 15, 2003 - Met with Mark Askew, Dave Prejean with ARC and Abel Saldana at the mobile home park. Went over the plans and the location of the proposed easements.
