1. The Texas Transportation Commission at their July 2001 meeting under
the Innovative Financing Program advanced this project to Priority l in
Category 3A - Nli5 Mobility.

3. TxDOT's Fort Worth District is including this section of the SH 121 Free-
way in an ongoinc MIS, Schematic, and E.A consultant contract they have
in the area (Thc Funnel Project). The Fort Worth District is working
closely with the City of Grapevine to develop the transportation needs in
the area. The following arc estimated milestone dates:

3. T1re Carter 8t .Burgess project let on 10-09-03. The Engineer's cost
estimate on the day of letting was $36,814,821. The low bidder was Mario
Sinacola Rr Sons with a bid of $31,371.,907_

The Texas Transportation Commission at their Iuly 2001 meeting under
the Innovative Financing Program advanced these frontage road projects to
Priority 1 in Category 3A -NHS Mobility.

4. A settlement has been reached with the Maharishi Glohal Development
Fund (MGDF') allowing TxDOT to acquire the last remaining ROW
needed for this project. This project can now proceed as originally
planned.
