The intent of this letter is to formally request a variance from a specific item in the City
of Coppell Subdivision requirements which states that public right-of-way shall be fifty
(50) feet in width. We aze requesting that a portion of our proposed 50 foot right-of-way
of Mobley Lane to be dedicated at 40.50 feet. Requested vaziance was reviewed and
approved during the Development Review Committee staff meetings.
