Mainteuance Bond
Staff has reviewed the revised maintenance bond information you provided on 10/15/03.
For comparison purposes, we received a cost estimate (materials only, no profit or labor) fora pre-
cast concrete vault and lid for approximately $3000.00. You provided a cost for the fire vault in the
amount of $2275.00 however the cost for the double detector check alone is higher than the quoted
price. The double detector check and meter with all components and fees is $2364.00. This does
not include the price for the vault itself. Please provide invoices from the purchase of the double
detector check and pre-cast vault for verification.
